High School Choir

High School students will prepare all 3 pieces for audition day. HOWEVER, given the length and complexity of "Come to the Woods"- Audition cuts MAY only come from Measures 1-23, Measures 56-88, or Measures 125-135. Cuts will be chosen and emailed to directors by 6 a.m. September 19th. Should audition scores below, an additional audition on the piece not used will happen before rehearsals begin on concert day.

Eligibility

This choir is for students in grades 10-12. We use the OkMEA All-State Audition pieces and Rules. Please note, 9th grade students may not sing in this choir. Please check the OkMEA website for literature corrections, instructions, etc.

Rehearsal Tracks

For auditions grades 7-12 we will use the official Rehearsal Tracks for the OKCDA/OKMEA All State Choirs.

Participation Fee

Each student chosen for the EDHC HS Choir will be charged a $15 participation fee. You will receive an invoice for these fees. These fees will be due Nov 1. Any Fees not paid by Nov. 1st will incur a late fee.
