High School Choir

High School students will prepare 3 of the 4 pieces for audition day. Cuts will be chosen from 2 pieces and emailed to directors by 6 a.m. September 20th. Should audition scores be low, an additional audition on the 4th piece will happen before rehearsals begin on concert day.

Eligibility

This choir is for students in grades 10-12. We use the OkMEA All-State Audition pieces and Rules. Please note, 9th grade students may not sing in this choir. Please check the OkMEA website for literature corrections, instructions, etc.

Rehearsal Tracks

For auditions grades 7-12 we will use the official Rehearsal Tracks for the OKCDA/OKMEA All State Choirs.

Participation Fee

Each student chosen for the EDHC HS Choir will be charged a $15 participation fee. You will receive an invoice for these fees. These fees will be due Oct. 31
