Junior High Choir

Tricia Wynn, Owasso

Tricia Wynn earned her Bachelor of Vocal Music Education from the University of Oklahoma and is in her 18th year of teaching. She currently serves as the Owasso 8th Grade Tenor Bass Choir Director and Assistant High School Choir Director.

Mrs. Wynn is passionate about helping young singers discover confidence, musicianship, and a lifelong love of choral music. She has served in numerous leadership roles within the Oklahoma choral community, including Region R and State Circle the State with Song Chair, the All-State Children's Chorus Co-Chair, and President of the Northeast Choral Directors' Association. She is honored to serve as a guest clinician for middle school choirs across Oklahoma.

Mrs. Wynn is grateful to teach alongside an outstanding team in Owasso and values the opportunity to learn from fellow educators and students alike.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys teaching private voice lessons, cheering on the Sooners, and spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their two children, Branch and Savannah.

Brandon Bruce, Tahlequah

Brandon Bruce, Accompanist: Brandon Bruce is the vocal music director at Tahlequah Middle School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He also serves as the pianist and organist for Wagoner Abundant Grace Methodist Church in Wagoner, Oklahoma. Mr. Bruce earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from Northeastern State University. He taught vocal music at Heritage Elementary for seven years in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Previously, he served as a vocal music teacher at William R. Teague Elementary in Wagoner, Oklahoma, for eleven years. During his tenure at Wagoner Public Schools, Mr. Bruce was honored with the Masonic Teacher of Today Award. He has also received the District First Impression Award from Tahlequah Public Schools. Mr. Bruce has served as the pianist for OKMEA Circle the State Region S for the past five years. He also served as the department chair for the Heritage Elementary specials team. In the fall semester of 2025, Mr. Bruce was invited as the guest pianist for The River Valley Church Christmas Gala at the NSU Performing Arts Center. Most recently, Mr. Bruce completed Initiative One Leadership Training at Heritage Elementary.
